Payton Customs is a family-owned construction company operating in Wisconsin and Minnesota. We offer new home construction, interior/exterior renovation and additions, bath/kitchen remodels, and more. We have built a strong reputation for quality work by focusing on every detail and conducting positive and productive customer service. Pre-Construction

Our relationship begins here. It begins with the vision of your home, and through consultation, many discussions, and our expert knowledge applied, your vision develops into a plan. When remodeling an existing home or building a new home, the decisions you will have to make, the licensing and permit requirements, the amount of activity that goes on, it can all become overwhelming to the homeowner. The pre-construction phase provides two purposes. The first purpose is to fully understand the project itself. The second purpose is to begin a necessary, trusting, working relationship. It is important to Payton Customs that you not only be happy and satisfied with the end results but that the proceeds be a positive experience.

The Process

As the plan develops and the construction progresses, you may have changes or adaptations to the plan or new ideas they want to incorporate. We understand a visual of the structure in progress and the learned knowledge that the homeowner develops from the builder can produce new and creative ideas, and therefore the ongoing working relationship with you is an important part of the process. We want to ensure all needs and desires are part of the end result. Payton Customs works directly with design teams, engineers, architects, and trusted subcontractors. In addition, we organize all licensing, permits, paperwork, and inspections while maintaining ongoing updates of the progress and regular communication with you.

Safety

Payton Customs, LLC is licensed in the states of Minnesota and Wisconsin and is fully insured. Safety and a respectable working environment are high priorities, not only for us but for all parties associated with the project.
